We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who’ll knock on all doors to promote our career opportunities and work culture at Yardi Romania. You will be joining the Employer Branding Team and work closely with Talent Acquisition to showcase our job opportunities to the target audiences. While you will help shape the strategy, much of the execution will be yours to deliver. The projects you will be working on will leave lots of room for creativity to make sure we deliver engaging, authentic stories to potential candidates.
Our in-house graphic designer will contribute with outstanding creatives, while you will be in charge of developing content for various platforms, including career websites & social media channels (compelling job ads, blog articles, employee stories, social media campaigns, paid ads campaigns) to aid the recruitment funnel from awareness to application. This is a great opportunity to develop professionally and grow your skillset!
This position is available in a hybrid regime that implies working from the office at least once a week. Therefore, please take into account that you would need to be located in or near the Cluj-Napoca area.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of prior experience in the marketing/employer branding field.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, PR & communication, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing elements (including email marketing, conversion optimization, content management etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of Social Media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Proficiency in English, both verbal & written
- A great storyteller and writer.
- Data-driven and analytical, with distinctive problem-solving skills.
- Great time management and organizational skills, including the ability to respond to changing priorities.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and lead the assigned projects.
It is considered a plus:
- Recruitment industry knowledge.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics & WordPress.
- Experience working in copywriting, creative writing, or a similar role.
- SEO knowledge.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand talent needs.
- Manage and grow the Yardi Romania company pages to increase the visibility and to attract top talent.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns across various platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
- Set up ad campaigns, write ad copy and manage budget allocation to maximize ROI and achieve performance goals.
- Develop engaging content for our career website and blog to enhance candidate experience.
- Consistently monitor, adapt and improve the reputation management efforts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather firsthand testimonials and success stories that can be used to create authentic and relatable content.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives, using data to optimize strategies.
- Analyze applicants' behaviors, markets and trends to identify areas for improving the way we showcase our company culture and attract top talent.
- Support the team to plan and create engaging brand activations at industry events (job fairs, tech events).
