This role is perfect for a creative storyteller who loves data-driven decision-making and stays ahead of digital trends. You’ll be part of a marketing team that produces omni-channel content for the fastest-growing apartment search website in the U.S., RentCafe.com. You’ll work closely with the content team lead, copywriters, and communication specialists in order to grow awareness of the RentCafe brand and promote its content.

This position is available in a hybrid regime that implies working from the office at least once a week. Therefore, please take into account that you would need to be located in or near the Cluj-Napoca area.

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of proven social media management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Letters, or a related field
  • C1+ level of U.S. English language proficiency
  • Mastery of social media platforms and management tools
  • Strong creative skills with experience in design tools (Canva, Figma)
  • Data-driven mindset with good analytical capabilities
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities

What you'll do:

  • Craft and execute engaging social media campaigns across major platforms
  • Create scroll-stopping content that builds our brand presence
  • Manage influencer relationships and community engagement
  • Monitor and manage brand reputation on social media
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver cohesive messaging
  • Compile content for and write RentCafe newsletters and monitor engagement metrics
