As a property researcher working with the Property Qualification team for one of Yardi’s newest products, you will be part of a team that uses online research to identify and validate properties in the United States Real Estate market that match a desired set of characteristics.

The working hours are flexible variations of a daytime schedule from Monday to Friday.

This position is available in a hybrid regime that implies working from the office at least once a week. Therefore, please take into account that you would need to be located in or near the Cluj-Napoca area.

What we're looking for:

Excellent internet research skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
Excellent typing speed and accuracy;
Fast learners who work well with repetitive tasks;
Problem solving and analytical skills;
Fine attention to detail;
Secondary education (high school) with baccalaureate diploma is compulsory;
Knowledge of the real estate industry is considered a plus.

As a Property Researcher, you will:

Use Google Maps/ Street View/ Bing Maps and other Geographic Information Systems or official sources, in order to verify that properties match a pre-defined set of characteristics and are viable for further processing;
Research official government websites as well as various internal and external sources in order to collect specific details about the properties;
Add gathered information, accurately and fast, into the database, using internal tools;
Identify problems and propose solutions that could improve the process.
